Working with Allison & Larry was smoother than we could have imagined. Dan and I were first-time home buyers & overwhelmed. Allison & Larry were proactive guides and patient builders – they heard us always. They were personable and communicative (they even created a group text for us to work with them directly and ask any questions, responding within minutes).

We came to them when there was nothing but the frame put up, with a dream vision for a home. Knowing little to nothing, we were starting from scratch, other than some Pinterest pictures. They graciously hand-held us in educating– What materials are easier maintenance? What’s a pendant versus a chandelier? What’s shiplap? What does molding look like on a wall? Etc.

The patience from Allison & Larry was coupled with build & design expertise, something we did not take for granted. We relied on Larry heavily to advise around structure maintenance and safety, and Allison to make aesthetic decisions.

We were given choice in as many or little places as we wanted. We tailored all paint colors, moldings, cabinet finishes & lighting fixtures to get us to our picture-perfect home. We met in person several times to look at paint colors in certain lightings & understand what different mixtures of wood floor staining would look like; helpful guard rails to ensure we were always making thoughtful decisions.

Their expertise, attention to detail, and quality-first mindset was the framework of our entire process. All contractors brought in by CitiScape were just as impressive – professional, thorough, and personable.

The first time we meet Larry, our home was only 10% ready. We had seen the floor plan but were so impressed by the way Larry explained how he is planning to construct the remaining 90%.

Initially I wasn’t sure if we wanted to get into a new construction, since we didn't know whether he would deliver everything that was promised to us. But Larry proved us wrong.

Larry and Allison both are very friendly and easy to work with. Except for initial contracting phase, we never involved our realtor or lawyer during the whole construction period.

We were delighted with Citiscape’s work and highly recommend them for your home renovation needs. Citiscape did an amazing job in redesigning our bathroom, while managing the repairs to our living room ceiling. Citiscape managed everything from designing the bathroom, ordering the supplies and materials and getting the work done. They kept us informed throughout the process and let us know of any delays (mostly due to material and 3rd party suppliers). The final cost was in line with their estimates. All the material used was of high quality and the finishes from the tile work to the plumbing was also very well executed. The end result was exactly what we were looking for.
